Green Box is a rapidly growing company, and we have high ambitions for the future. We currently employ approx. 150 employees at our Danish head office and production facilities in the town of Aulum between Herning and Holstebro, but we are always looking for new, competent colleagues.

We are regularly looking for both skilled and unskilled colleagues, for example, painters, tile setters, plumbers, electricians, carpenters and HVAC technicians. Become a trainee
Start your career at green box
Are you looking for a traineeship? And would you like to start your career in an innovative and fast-growing manufacturing company? Then Green Box might be just the thing for you. Our employees span many trade groups, which means that there are several opportunities for traineeships both in our administration and in production.
At Green Box, we offer traineeships throughout your training programme in the following subjects:
- Administration
- Industrial operator
- Industrial operator (productivity)
- Technical designer – industrial production.
In addition, we are approved for traineeships with a part-time agreement. A traineeship under a part-time agreement is an opportunity to tailor your training programme with internships distributed on several exciting companies. At Green Box, we can offer traineeships with a part-time agreement for those who are training as:
- Building painter
- Bricklayer
- Carpenter

Meet konstantin
A new career as a technical designer
37-year-old Konstantin was born and raised in Ukraine, where he trained as a farmer. He moved to Denmark ten years ago and continued his career in agriculture as a herdsman on a mink farm.
But he gradually wanted to try something new and learn something different. The time in the agricultural training programme had included a course in 3D drawing, which Konstantin discovered that he was really good at. And it was fun. He therefore enrolled in a study programme to become a technical designer.
Just a month into the first basic course, Konstantin and the rest of his class were given a tour of Green Box, which introduced him to a new world of prefabricated bathrooms and how to use drawing tools in practice.
At the beginning of 2024, Konstantin clocked in for his first day as a technical design trainee at Green Box.
As a trainee in the design office at Green Box, Konstantin is today involved in the daily work of preparing production drawings for current projects, and he also has the opportunity to work independently with responsibility for his own projects.
“It’s great to be able to learn and try new things in life. I’m happy to have this opportunity. And I’ve already learned more at Green Box than during my time at school.
Every project is unique, and it is demanding to understand how the drawings fit together. But I already ask a lot less questions and I’ve started drawing on my own experiences as new projects tick in. I’m proud of that,” says Konstantin.
His dream for the future is a job as a technical designer – and preferably at Green Box.
“Green Box is a nice place to be, and when I finish my training programme, I will be really familiar with the products, the processes and the drawing tools,” Konstantin concludes.

The Aulum mile
Going the extra mile for young people in the labour market
Green Box is part of the Aulum Mile business community.
The Aulum Mile has been created to go the extra mile for young people who, for various reasons, find it difficult to gain a foothold in working life, and to integrate them in the labour market with focus on well-being, security and proper support.
In the business community, we can ensure that young people get the best experience of working life, establish a network of partners to use as sounding boards and, not least, that they have the opportunity to choose between different organisations, depending on their abilities and interests.
The business community was created in collaboration with the Youth Counselling Service of Herning Municipality and consists of the following companies:
