Green Box A/S is certified according to DS/EN 1090-2.

This means that our internal quality assurance system (FPC) meets the international requirements in EN 1090-1 and that we can thus supply CE-marked steel for all our prefabricated bathrooms in the EXC1 & EXC2 execution classes as well as the 1, 2, 3B & 3A declaration methods.

With the CE mark, you are guaranteed that your prefabricated bathrooms from Green Box are produced in accordance with the common European requirements for the production of structural steel introduced by the European Commission.

As part of the certification, all processes relating to steel have been mapped and controlled, right from the design planning to the packaging of the finished bathrooms.

Thanks to our lightweight design, Green Box is the only producer of lightweight, prefabricated bathrooms in Denmark to have a TGA (Technical Approval for Use).

For our customers, this means an extra documented guarantee for the quality of our prefabricated bathrooms. In fact, a TGA means that a third party through inspection of the supplied QA documentation has verified that Green Box bathrooms are produced in accordance with the current legislation for wet rooms.

TGA is a voluntary approval scheme that declares product properties and also states how the properties relate to Danish building legislation.

Prefabricated bathrooms from Green Box are the only Danish-produced bathrooms to have SINTEF approval, which is the highest technical approval in Scandinavia.

The testing of our bathrooms includes 10 cm water pressure on the floor for two weeks and high pressure flushing of wall boxes.

All technical installations have been tested individually, and several parts have been tested at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) in this connection. As part of the approval, the factory’s systems have also been reviewed, including procurement, goods reception, quality assurance and training processes.

Green Box has been third-party type approved by RISE Research Institutes of Sweden.

The approval documents the quality of our prefabricated bathrooms and verifies that the bathrooms are produced and delivered in accordance with the requirements and standards of Swedish building legislation.
