Introduction

Personal data are all kinds of information that can be attributed to you to some extent. When you use our website, we collect and process a number of such data. To the extent that you give your explicit consent to this and enter the data yourself, the following data are also processed: Name, phone number, email, address and payment details. We process your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with the applicable legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation and the Danish Data Protection Act (Databeskyttelsesloven). Your data will only be used for the purpose for which they have been collected and will be erased when this purpose has been fulfilled or is no longer relevant.

We have taken technical and organisational measures aimed at preventing your data from being accidentally or unlawfully erased, published, lost, impaired or disclosed to unauthorised persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the legislation.

Purpose

The data are used to identify you as a user and to show you the advertisements that are most likely to be relevant to you, to register your purchases and payments as well as to enable us to provide the services you have requested, such as sending you a newsletter. In addition, we use the data to optimise our services and content.

Period of storage

The data are stored for the period permitted in accordance with the legislation, and we erase them when they are no longer necessary. The period will depend on the nature of the data and the reason for their storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general time frame for when data are erased.

Disclosure of data

Data on your use of the website, which advertisements you receive and possibly click on, geographical location, gender and age segment etc. are disclosed to third parties to the extent that these data are known. You can see the third parties in question here. The data are used for customisation of advertisements.

In addition, we use a number of third parties for storage and processing of data. They only process data on our behalf and are not allowed to use them for their own purposes.

Personal data such as name and email address etc. will only be disclosed if you consent to this. We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection of your data.

Right of access and right to complain

You have the right to be informed about what personal data we process about you in a commonly used format (data portability). You can also object to the use of data at any given time. You can also withdraw your consent to the processing of data about you.
