Follow our work with ESG reporting

At Green Box, responsibility for the environment, our employees, the outside world and sound business operations has always been the cornerstone of our business model. Therefore, the company’s first ESG report in 2024 also marks an important milestone in gathering documentation and giving the outside world insight into our work with the environment and social responsibility.

As part of Fondsselskabet A/S Motortramp, Green Box A/S complies with the statutory ESRS standards. In 2024, we will therefore work actively to collect and disseminate documentation of our climate impact, social responsibility and management practices.

E – environmental

At Green Box, environmental responsibility is a central part of our everyday life. Therefore, a mapping of our carbon footprint will also contribute to enabling us to work even more determinedly towards reducing our carbon emissions.

We generally focus on responsible consumption and production, which we achieve through standardised production processes that minimise waste of materials.

Responsible choice of materials

In our production of Green Box bathrooms, we only use materials approved for inclusion in Nordic Swan Ecolabelled construction projects and with approved EPDs.

S – Social

At Green Box, social responsibility is an integral part of our corporate culture. It has been incorporated and practiced from day 1 – and it is still a high priority in our company 11 years after we produced our first bathroom.

We believe that our employees, local community and partners play a crucial role in our success. Through a number of initiatives for our employees, we create a healthy and safe working environment where well-being and development are in focus. We continuously work to improve our employees’ working conditions, and we support the local community through various social projects.

At Green Box, we participate in a business community aimed at helping local young people gain a foothold in the labour market.

We support sustainable development

Development and knowledge sharing are a joint effort. Therefore, we are a member of the Danish sustainability network Bæredygtig Herning to both contribute and gain new knowledge.

Where people start their careers

Every year, we offer traineeships and apprenticeships to both young people and adults who would like to be part of Green Box.

G – Governance

At Green Box, good corporate governance is the foundation of our operations. We strive to ensure transparency, accountability and high quality in all aspects of our business. Our digital and paperless production optimises our work processes and reduces our environmental impact, while ensuring full traceability and documentation.

We are working to meet the statutory ESRS standards, which means that we actively collect and disseminate documentation about our climate impact, social responsibility and management practices.

As part of our strategy to be transparent and digital in all possible aspects, we have gathered all documentation of each individual bathroom in one app. In practice, this means that as a developer, contractor or artisan, you will always be able to scan the unique QR code of a bathroom to access all the information and enter new documentation for the specific bathroom.
