THE AULUM MILE – GOING THE EXTRA MILE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE LABOUR MARKET

Green Box goes the extra mile for young people in the labour market in the Aulum Mile business community. 

What do you do when, as a company, you want to take social responsibility – but cannot necessarily shoulder the task yourself?

Our concept is to team up with like-minded partners because, regardless of differences, we stand stronger together.

In collaboration with the Youth Counselling Service of Herning Municipality, Green Box is therefore proud to present the joint project: ‘The Aulum Mile’.

The Aulum Mile has been created to go the extra mile for young people who, for various reasons, find it difficult to gain a foothold in working life, and to integrate them in the labour market with focus on well-being, security and proper support.

In the business community, we can ensure that young people get the best experience of working life, establish a network of partners to use as sounding boards and, not least, that they have the opportunity to choose between different organisations, depending on their abilities and interests.

The Aulum Mile will be officially inaugurated in August 2024. Until then, there is ample opportunity for other interested businesses to join the community. The more who go the extra mile, the better.
